Refund and Cancellation Policy

At OptimizPro, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions tailored to your business needs. To maintain transparency and set clear expectations, please review our refund and cancellation policy outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to OptimizPro for services—including but not limited to website development, sales funnel creation, SEO optimization, social media management, content writing, video editing, and logo design—are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it is considered final.

This policy applies to all service packages, retainers, and one-time projects, regardless of project status or completion stage.

2. Exceptions

While our standard policy is to not offer refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such rare cases, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion. Situations that may warrant consideration include:

  • Service Non-Delivery: If no work has commenced on the project within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate Payments: In cases where a client has been charged more than once for the same service.

To request a refund under these exceptional circumstances, please contact us in writing at support@optimizpro.com within 7 days of the payment date. Your request should include:

  • Full name and contact information
  • Invoice number and payment details
  • Detailed explanation of the issue

Please note that submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellations

Clients may choose to cancel their services with OptimizPro at any time. However, please be aware that:

  • No Refunds: Cancellations do not entitle the client to a refund for any payments already made.
  • Outstanding Balances: Any unpaid balances for work completed up to the cancellation date will remain due.

To initiate a cancellation, please send a written notice to support@optimizpro.com specifying the services you wish to cancel and the effective date of cancellation.

4. Policy Acceptance

By engaging with OptimizPro’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
