OptimizPro will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our services or website. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other commercial damages or losses.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination, clients will be responsible for payment of any services rendered up to the date of termination.
